In connection with the sale of batteries and rechargeable batteries and the supply of equipment containing batteries or rechargeable batteries, Blaser GmbH is obliged to inform users of the following in accordance with the Battery Directive:

Batteries may not be put into the household waste. As an end user, the user is legally obliged to return used batteries. The user may return used batteries after use free of charge to the point of sale in their immediate vicinity (e.g. to municipal collection points or to the retailer).

The user may also return the batteries to Blaser GmbH by post.

The chemical name of the respective pollutant is located near the symbol of the wheelie bin.
Explanation: Cd stands for cadmium, Pb for lead and Hg for mercury.

The Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment Directive (WEEE) shall apply for companies which manufacture, sell, distribute, recycle and handle electrical waste, and which also come into contact with electronic waste. These companies are identified with a WEEE number.
