Notes for returning batteries according to paragraph 12 of the Battery Regulations (Batterieverordnung):

In connection with the sale of batteries or rechargeable batteries or with the delivery of devices that contain batteries or rechargeable batteries, Blaser Jagdwaffen GmbH is obliged to point out to the customer the following, in compliance with the Battery Regulations (Batterieverordnung):

Batteries should not be disposed of with household waste. The customer as a consumer is obliged by law to return depleted batteries. The customer can return batteries after use to the point of sale or its immediate vicinity, for example to municipal collection sites free of charge.

The customer may also choose to send batteries back to us by mail.

Batteries or rechargeable batteries that contain hazardous substances, are marked with the symbol of a crossed-out waste bin.

The chemical name of the hazardous substance is printed close to the waste bin icon. Explanation: Cd stands for cadmium, Pb for lead and Hg for mercury.

The customer has the opportunity to subscribe to the newsletter of the Blaser Jagdwaffen GmbH. The customer has the right to have himself unsubscribed from the newsletter mailing list at any time. Every issue of the newsletter contains an automatic feature to unsubscribe via the unsubscribe link.


Blaser Jagdwaffen GmbH, in accordance with paragraph 9 of the Federal Data Protection Act (Bundesdatenschutzgesetz BDSG), deploys technical and organizational measures to protect personal data against accidental or intentional manipulation, loss, destruction or access by unauthorized persons.
