The R8 Professional is designed for hard use: Elastomer inserts support a secure grip and aiming even in wet conditions. The specially developed recoil pad combines outstanding recoil reduction with excellent sliding characteristics. The Success version of the R8 Professional also features an ergonomically optimized thumbhole stock for a relaxed position of the shooting hand and arm.

Original Blaser Saddle Mount
Every Blaser rifle or combination gun can be fitted with an original Blaser Saddle Mount. After being zeroed in once, the riflescope can be removed and replaced in just three steps, with no need for tools, as often as desired, with 100% return to zero. This allows you the flexibility to use different scopes on the same barrel.
Ergonomic thumbhole stock
The ergonomically optimized synthetic thumbhole stock of the R8 Professional Success ensures a completely relaxed posture of the shooting hand and arm in all firing positions. With black elastomer inserts, optionally in stock color dark green or black-brown.
Robust receiver
Whether it's snow, dirt or dust: even in the bush, the R8 Professional or Professional Success can be disassembled and reassembled in seconds. The closed design of the R8 receiver prevents foreign bodies from entering it. A protective cover stops the magazine from becoming dirty outside the rifle. The trigger system of the R8 is force-controlled – for maximum safety even when frozen or very dirty.
