Best in Class Trigger Characteristics
The trigger of the Blaser F16 is impressively crisp. The very short trigger delay time converts the thought impulse into the triggered shot within a fraction of a second. The barrel selector conveniently positioned in front of the trigger allows the shooter to select the preferred shot sequence.

The IBS® system eliminates the chances of fan  ring or doubling and is integral to our World Class trigger’s reliability.

Lowest Profile Receiver in its Class
The lowest profile receiver on the market provides an exceptionally low center of gravity for the shotgun, makes it extraordinary pointable and dynamic, immediately leading to a better shot.

Triplex® Bore Design
Three construction characteristics combine to provide optimized muzzle velocity, a homogeneous shot pattern and help dampen recoil: 

Innovative, extremely flat forcing cone. The shot stream passes into the cylindrical barrel as smoothly as possible with minimal deformation and without any dangerous increase in pressure.

“Overbore” internal diameter of 18.65mm (0.735"). 12/76 gauge with additional steel shot.

Blaser EBS® – the Innovative Ejector Ball System
The EBS® system activates the ejectors when a shot is  red and cocks them when opening the gun. The ejector springs are always decocked when the gun is stored in order to prevent spring fatigue. Resistance when closing the gun is always identically low, whether the ejectors were previously activated or not. A very pleasant effect when concentrating before shooting.

The F16 has been designed for the use of steel shot and is officially certified as such. (Magnum proofed with additional steel shot proofing).
