Hunting tradition meets quality – Game-rich forests in Eastern Hungary
The Gúth forestry district in the Nyírerdő state hunting area is one of Hungary’s most renowned hunting grounds. Covering approximately 11,500 hectares, 67% of which is forest, it offers excellent game density with a focus on fallow deer. In addition to stalking and stand hunting, driven hunts for wild boar are also available. Hunting seasons vary by species, with rutting periods offering particularly memorable experiences. Accommodation is provided in comfortable hunting lodges with half board. The hunt is organized by experienced professional hunters who ensure a successful and safe experience.
