German-British Cooperation

His good reputation had long since crossed the Channel. Known as a successful video producer with British charm and a sharp mind, Jonny Carter took on a special challenge for Blaser: to document the production of an R8, from the steel blank to the finished hunting rifle, with his camera. The Briton freely admitted in advance that Blaser had always held a certain mystery for him. Now he had the opportunity to get to the bottom of questions such as how Blaser produces and what standards it uses, right on site.

In order to give the guest a look behind the scenes and to be able to shoot the entire film in just two days, preparations at Blaser began weeks in advance. Production planning, interview partners, and availability were precisely coordinated. Business as usual!

What followed surprised even the film-savvy Brit, who kept his charming grin even after the brief showdown in the shooting simulator. Secrets were exchanged, figures revealed, and recipes for success formulated. In the end, it was clear to him that the way Blaser works is different from all other manufacturers. See for yourself what Jonny Carter means by this.
